I was on flight MN454 depart 15.55 Friday 28/10/11(booking ref YOEYAH) from Cape Town
to Lanseria. the seat allocated to me ,arm rest was incorrectly adjusted and could not be
rectified by the flight attendant. i could not sit full on but on my side for the duration of the
flight, which was diverted to Durban due to weather restrictions for 5 hours.
I was on flight to my Son’s wedding and had to endure discomfort for my stay during the weekend.
